These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mybizkids.com (the "Website"), operated by Biz Kids Academy ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Website
You agree to:
- Use the Website for lawful purposes only
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not attempt to interfere with the Website's operation or security
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.
2. Educational Services Disclaimer
Biz Kids Academy provides educational and enrichment programs.
We do not guarantee:
- Academic results
- Financial success
- Business outcomes
Participation is voluntary and results will vary.
3. Enrollment & Availability
- Enrollment in programs is subject to availability
- Spots may be limited and offered on a first-come basis
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue programs at any time
4. Payments & Refunds
All pricing is subject to change.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. What You Are Buying
A month of the learning engine is thirty days of access for $19.95. In plain terms:
- You are charged once, $19.95, at the moment you buy.
- It does not auto-renew. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Access runs for thirty days from your purchase and then stops.
- If you want another thirty days after that, you choose to buy another thirty days. Nothing is charged automatically.
6. The First Class Promise™
The First Class Promise™ already backs your child’s first after-school class, and it backs the learning engine the same way: if your child does not love their first lesson, write to enrollment@mybizkids.com within seven days of your purchase and we refund every dollar — no forms and no questions.
This is the exception referred to in Section 4 above: where the Promise applies, this is our refund policy, stated here in writing.
7. What We Do Not Promise
- Lessons are generated for your child, and generated lessons may occasionally contain errors.
- No grade, test score or other academic result is guaranteed.
- An adult should review the work with the child, the way they would review any homework help.
8. Acceptable Use
- One student per account. A student ID belongs to one child.
- Two devices per account. Signing in on a third device asks you to release one of the first two.
- Do not share, sell or resell a student ID or the access that comes with it.
9. Communications
By submitting your contact information through the Website, you agree to receive:
- Calls
- Emails
- Text messages (including automated messages)
You may opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to text messages
- Unsubscribe from emails
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including:
- Text
- Branding
- Logos
- Curriculum and materials
is the property of Biz Kids Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biz Kids Academy shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of opportunities or outcomes
- Any decisions made based on information provided through the Website or programs
12. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms (such as payment processors, scheduling tools, or marketing platforms). We are not responsible for their services or policies.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biz Kids Academy from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
